Bilic has lost the plot.

That Ayew substitution baffled me, and Ayew by the look on his face!!..from that point our only goal threat was gone and we had to battle the last 20 mins with no outlet or threat to them..Was he injured..?...

Bilic does make some odd calls

Had we lost that game Bilic would've had to shoulder all the blame ....yes Calleri runs around a lot but makes no penetrating runs, he has zero Striker intelligence and in turn was no threat!

All I can say is come on Manuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuure.

I cant help thinking Bilic has missed a trick in our two final games, but still a point I suppose is nothing to moan about.

Physioroom tweeted a couple of hours ago that Bilic confirmed Sakho had not travelled to Stoke after sustaining a back injury.

Here we go again with that cunt.

Arthur had a splendid game a real talent showed real quality. Well played also Ginge, Reid, Lanzini. Calleri may run about a bit but seems to be a bit out of his depth. Thought Adrian did well too.

Disappointed as the three points were there for the taking until we seemed to lose momentum with the Ayew substitution.

The obvious change was Bryam for Fernandes who looks short of confidence and nervous on the ball, albeit being played out of position, feel Bryam would given us a real attacking threat down the right and deserves a chance at right wing back to show what he can do.

Either way the question marks over Bilic' s tactics remain clear and will end up costing him his job.

Mark Hughes "they were happier with the draw than we were".

I really have a dislike for him. Absolute self serving cunt of a person.

as a supporter of this club over the years I've learned never to hope for anything other than meeting the 40 point survival mark, no matter how good or bad the previous season has been. Thats the reality of a club like west ham. We're not going to become perennial champions league contenders any time soon, that will take a new owner, right attitude and massive investment which simply isn't forthcoming. We do however have to do everything in our power to prevent relegation, and with that in mind we simply cannot go on with Bilic. Recent performances, signings, the malaise that has taken hold will bleed over to next season. I'd say at least 6 points this season have been very fortuitous and weve ridden our luck. We need to move on from this and I hope the owners have the balls to do what's right in the summer.

Reid was the stand out man, Collins , Arfur, Fonte all did well. Adrian did ok with what little he had to do.. In terms of chances we were the better team and Butland kept them in it overall.

Fernandes inexperience showed but he is our of position and did a reasonable job. Needs to get stronger on the ball and his decision making was very poor.

Midfield I have to admit that was a decent performance from Kouyate who often goes missing and his passing was ok too today so fair play.

Nordtveit makes us stronger defensively, does a lot of work off the ball and is strong on it and in the air. He has edged ahead of Noble for me even though its just a couple of games. Lanzini the only creative spark from the middle.

Up front we were toothless and lacked quality in the last third. Effort was there from Ayew and Calleri but in the case of Calleri , he is not a finisher and not the greatest football brain to say the least. Shame because he makes a nuisance of himself and unsettled the big Stoke CB who's name I cannot remember (not Shawcross :-) ).

The manager has to be changed and I will leave it at that but we also need better quality in the following positions:
Goal keeper
Right back
Central and left midfield
2 strikers

100 million at least needed as we have few we could sell for actual money :-(

Fucking obvious ain't it fella ? Allardyce would have been slated for this sort of shit but bilic gets he's name sung week in week out for it.

Can't wait to see how Alderweireld copes with Jonathan 'Stings like a butterfly, floats like a Traction Engine' Callieri.

I reckon the Tottenham back line could stay at home sipping their mojitos and Callieri still wouldn't score.

BILIC YOU ARE SUCH A CLUELESS TWAT

Agree would have won with strickers, better subs who?
I would have liked to see Fletcher come on, but a sure winning sub? I do not think so, Snodgrass has a better record scoring.
Where was Sakho?

With an absolute shite squad, no stikers, shit fucking stadium and massive unsettling move, the disruption of losing your beat player and untold injuries i think bilic is a miracle worker to get us to 39 points!

No doubt 0-0 will feel like a victory once we've played the next two and had a couple of damn good hidings...

I can see the 4x2s getting half a dozen if we play like today... I'd dearly love to be wrong but I can't see it anywhere on the horizon.

Depressing stuff - all that head of steam last season, and here we are, j-u-s-t about surviving... again.

Even if Masuaku was injured, which didn't look the case,Cresswell proved how much his game has deteriorated this season. Very poor from him today when he came on. Arthur first choice for me now.

No home goals by 4 home teams & 2 goals in total.
Dullest day in Premier league history since last Thursday with the dismal Manchester derby.

Swansea now need to win 3 of their last 4 to catch us with an 8pt gap plus a 14 goal goal difference advantage to us.
